1. Who runs Saathi
Saathi is run by Maan Ghori, 47 Prominence Street, Pallara QLD, Australia. You can reach us at gethelp.saathi@gmail.com.
Saathi is an independent helper. It is not a government service, it is not an official website, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body.
2. What Saathi does
Saathi explains which documents to keep ready for a government service, what it costs, and which official page to use. It does not submit forms, pay government fees or file anything for you. You finish on the official website yourself.
Saathi never asks for an OTP, PIN, password or card number. Do not share these with anyone who asks, including Saathi.
3. Answers and information
Some answers are generated by AI. They can be wrong or out of date, and government rules and fees change. Check the official website before you act on anything in Saathi. Saathi is not legal, tax or financial advice.
4. Using Saathi
Give accurate information. You are responsible for what you submit on an official website. Do not use Saathi to break the law, to pretend to be someone else, or to send abusive content. Do not try to disrupt the service or get around its limits.
5. Your details
You can use Saathi without saving anything. Details you choose to save are used only to fill in your checklists. Our privacy notice explains what is kept, for how long and how to delete it.
6. Fees and payments
New people get a small welcome credit and some free messages and AI answers each day. The amounts are shown in the app.
Paid items are charged in Indian rupees through Stripe. You can add money to your wallet from ₹50 to ₹500, or buy a pack: Quick pack ₹50 for 3 days, Saathi pack ₹50 for 7 days, or Saathi Plus ₹149 for 30 days. The price is shown before you pay. A pack runs for the number of days shown, counted from when you buy it.
Refunds are explained on our refund policy page.
7. Availability
We work to keep Saathi running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop a feature. Where we can, we will tell you first.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Saathi is not liable for losses that come from relying on information in the app or from decisions you make on an official website.
Nothing in these terms limits any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other law that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Saathi after a change, you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
